Are my credit details and personal information safe and secure?
Your transaction is completed using a secure encrypted connection, this ensures your card number and personal details cannot be seen or read by anyone over the internet. All our payments are completed by Realex Payments, a leading global provider. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Visa Debit. When you are using Visa Debit, select the Visa option from the dropdown menu and continue in the usual way. Your transaction will be completed as a Visa Debit
Where do you Ship to?
We ship worldwide, when you have selected your gifts, simply select your shipping destination from the dropdown menu and proceed to checkout to complete.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship using a range of reliable postal and courier services. During checkout, you can select the type of shipping service available to you. Standard post can take up to 2-3 days for delivery in Ireland and UK. It can take up to 7 days for the United States. If you would like you items shipped faster then please select the courier options at checkout. To read more about delivery click here.Please note that these delivery estimates are when order is dispatched from our store, from when you receive the shipping confirmation email from us. With some items it can take additional time to dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
When you have selected your items you can go to the “My Cart” section, there you can have the cost of delivery calculated based on your destination, weight and preferred shipping method.
Can I really shop Tax/Vat Free on Ireland's Showcase?
Yes. if you are shipping outside of the European Union, you will not pay tax on your purchases. So if you are in Ireland and sending gifts to the USA you will be tax free. Likewise if you are in the USA and shipping to the USA your items will be tax free. You will pay 23% less than the prices as they appear on the site. The tax is deducted from your order total once you fill in your shipping details. Shipping to EU destinations will have normal tax/vat rates applied. Read more about tax free shopping here.
Can I send a message with my Gift?
Yes, of course. During Checkout, you will be asked if you wish to add gift options. There you can insert your message. This will be printed on a gift card and included with your items. Your gift will also be nicely presented and wrapped.
How Do I use my Discount/Promo Code?
If you have received a dicount/promotion code, you can enter it on the checkout page when you have selected the items you wish to purchase. Type in the code and apply it. Then you will see your cart updated with the discount. In some cases the codes will not apply, for example where the item is already discounted as a sale item or if you have already applied another code. How do I track my order?
When you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation when your items have been despatched. There you will see how to follow up. At any stage you can send us a mail and we will update you as you wish. Email us on email@example.com
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, that you are not happy with, please do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To do this, please contact our customer support services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with details on how to complete your return. In your email to us please quote your order number and the reason for returning the goods. Read more about returns here.
