Our Returns policy
If I need to return my items, how do I?
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase from Irelands Showcase. However, if you need to return an item please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to assist.
- If you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To do this, please contact our customer support services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with details on how to complete your return. In your email to us please quote your order number and the reason for returning the goods.
- Goods being returned must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging. Some refund limitations apply. No refunds are possible on any personalised goods, food items or earrings (unless damaged upon receipt). This is for health and safety reasons. No refunds are possible on gift vouchers.
- Goods being returned are at your own cost. If the reason for return is due to damage or an error on our part we will be happy to refund the cost of the return. We can only issue a refund to the card used on the original order.
