Paul Maloney

Artist Paul Maloney was born in Wexford. Graduating from NCAD in the 1970s he specialised in ceramics working in several ceramics companies before starting his own successful Paul Maloney Pottery, designing and manufacturing his own range of ware. More than ten years on and with the pottery well-established as a leading craft pottery producer, Paul's attention has turned increasingly towards his love of painting. In 2010 he won the prestigious Mayoral prize of Art in the Open plan air painting festival.
